For this development we worked with the developer from the outset, analysing the electrical loading requirements and then the full coordination of Vector and Chorus designs, quotes and installation works.

We also managed the external lighting design which had to take into account a special ecological area with significant trees on site. We also planned out the provisional EV charging infrastructure.
