We were engaged after the developer had already procured a quote from Vector. After reviewing the design and agreement, we were able to identify several small issues that would have caused major time and cost issues.
We tidied this up before the contract was executed. We designed all of the internal private power network, managed the JOAL lighting design, saving approximately $30,000 from the original scope and oversaw the design and execution of the Chorus fibre installation.
